The team at The Brasserie are passionate about every detail, curing their own salt beef (from local Dales cows), smoking their own salmon and baking all their own bread and cakes fresh each morning. Where possible, produce comes from local farms and the menu is influenced by what’s fresh and in season, reflecting the best of Yorkshire Dales produce.
